Billing FAQ

The fine print, in plain English

Any order that triggers at least one ditiLink automation in that billing month. An order that fires six messages — confirmed, packed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, review request — still counts once. Abandoned carts and broadcasts don't count against the order limit at all.

Meta bills per 24-hour conversation, and the rate depends on the country and the category — utility conversations (order updates) are cheap, marketing conversations cost more. In India a utility conversation is a fraction of a rupee. We charge you exactly what Meta charges us and show the breakdown line by line in your billing dashboard.

Nothing breaks. Your messages keep sending and we bill the overage at a flat per-order rate at the end of the cycle. If you're consistently over, we'll tell you and move you to the plan that costs you less — we'd rather you stayed than got a shock invoice.

Yes. Your first 1,000 messages are free, with no card required and no time limit on the trial. It's enough to run a real store for a few weeks and see the numbers move before you decide anything.

Try it on your next 1,000 messages.

No card, no contract, no call with a salesperson unless you want one.
